Hotel. Is very convenient to reach .
Is it just 300 metre from metro station
And local bus stop as well
It is approx 4 km from lB nagar bus stand

There is everything available on walkable distance from hotel like Many cafe and restaurant and even doctor too

One of the best hotel I stay with
Near to the main road 5 mins walk from metro 20 mins to kacheguda station
Even got early check in at 9am super friendly staff very professional very clean and hygiene rooms had good time at hotel.

Place was very neat n well managed by the owners must maintain te same in future as well . Only drawback is they shud have a inhouse kitchen also . Rest all is best and on point

Please avoid this place. I made a reservation and received a call from the hotel to confirm booking, I did and mentioned my check-in time, he told it would be fine. When I was on my way to the hotel, they changed my booking to another hotel which I did not prefer and when I reached out to reception they blatantly responded and asked to reach out to OYO customer care stating they will not help. These guys randomly call you 3-4 times only to cut the call in a second or two (before you can pickup) just so that they can mention later that they did call you before cancelling or changing your booking.

Rooms are very good.. the service wasn't good.. they refused to provide the bill.. repeatedly I am asking for the bill copy Even though not responding..

The rooms are decent and I think the price should be cheaper it's not worth of 1900 because of its location

They are completely money-minded and even charged me extra for checking in just 20–30 minutes early. The rooms are just okay, but I saw a cockroach, and I don’t think the bedsheets were washed — very unhygienic.

The biggest fraud is with the reviews. The 5-star ratings on the OYO app are fake. At checkout, they push every guest to give 5 stars — and in my case, they said to open the oyo app and the staff themselves pressed 5 stars on my phone. That’s cheating and how they trick people into booking.

The only positives: bathrooms were clean and service was decent. But overall, this place is dishonest, unhygienic, and built on fake reviews.

There's a reason why this is highest rated Hotel.

One of the finest place I have stayed at the most affordable price. Near to the main road. 5 mins from metro and 20 minutes to Kacheguda station.

Even got an early check in at 9am. Super friendly staff, very professional receptionists. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Premium property in a very good locality.

Will definitely stay here again.

1. Reservation Chaos & Terrible Check-in

Multiple guests reported arriving to find no room available, despite prior bookings.

“worst service ever … the hotel management said no rooms available when I reached… after quarreling for 15 mins… they gave me a room after half an hrs of waiting.”

2. Incompetent Staff & Rude Behavior

When it’s finally your turn, you might still face incompetence:

“Only reception people try to convince you to pay extra for early check‑in but they made me wait for 2 hrs and their language was so rude…

👎 Terrible reservation handling, rude staff, repeated inconveniences—even after reaching the property.
If you value timely check-in, basic courtesy, and reliable room amenities, RCC Marvel in Dilsukhnagar isn’t just a disappointment—it’s a gamble not worth taking. Consider this a warning to look elsewhere.

Best awesome hotel and good customer service and staffs at reception Madhu and Deepika were exceptionally trained and professional.. the hotel and the room is well maintained and very clean. All the staff and the management are very cooperative and supportive. Keep up the good work.
