I stay in this hotel in sept 2025 for 2 night
Dicent hotel, but worst thing about this hotel is staff mangers if you request a something like iron or hair dryer then the denied or you have lot of request to for this then you get this is very frustrated.
I check out early in night I already informed this about my early check out for make bill early but the manger not given bill at time of check out. he said bill will get at 11 am next morning.
That not problem, problem is I request to mention both members name on gst bill ,I written the name of both members and gst no to avoid mistakes of forgotten name on bill still manger mr sushant had do same mistake while generating bill , after I know about this I call sushant he is not receiving phone call then I call reception of rcc hotel elite they told sushant will call you in two minutes when every I call .I am so frustrated because hotel staffs and manger sushant

Very poor service during check-in. They told me all rooms were full, even though it was 10:00 PM at night — leaving customers to figure out where to go on their own. This is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend not staying here.
