I had visited for a day with my family and cousins. The hotel room is excellent and maintained neatlyThe only issue which I faced is while check-in. Hotel staff 3 people will not be allowed in one room even if you are from one family. They will only allow if 3 people are having the same surname and we got to know it after reaching the hotel.We cannot cancel the booking as it is prepaid and non refundable. So either you need to adjust the 3rd person some where else or you need to sacrifice your money. And most importantly it's really too tough to get the room nearby instantly.It would be better if the hotel mentions the rules and restrictions in all websites or apps where booking is allowed so that there will not be last minute surprisesSo do contact the hotel before making a booking/payment so that you can save your money if you are not comfortable with the restrictions.

Booked this because I stayed at RCC Majestic on my last trip and really liked that place and was looking for a place in Kukatpally this time. The room I was allotted here wasn't as good.The bathroom was quite small, though definitely not tiny. It didn't have a mirror (The room did have one). The washbasin was bad. It was tiny. There wasn't enough room on it to put anything, and even if you did manage to, things you put on there could end up falling into the washbasin as it inclines forward. There's over an inch of space between the wall and the washbasin that's partly filled with white cement. The towel hanger is unreachable.The room was cleaned, but not very well. The roller blinds didn't work.These minor issues aside, the place was fine. Everything else is close to what's advertised. Nothing truly terrible.
