Very disappointing experience — 1 star.
The receptionist’s behaviour was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. When I raised a genuine concern, instead of addressing it respectfully, he argued with me and spoke in an unacceptable manner.
A receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, and such behaviour gives a very poor impression of the hotel. Customer service should be about listening and resolving issues, not arguing with guests.
I sincerely request the management to take this matter seriously, review the receptionist’s conduct, and ensure guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect. Very disappointing experience and certainly not what I expected from a hotel.

My recent stay's had terrible experience and was so unsettling with the behaviour of receptionist at Rcc premier sr nagar .
Upon arrival the receptionist welcomed with a rude behaviour.
I have explained them the issue faced by me in the last stay in their hotel and I got reply in an abusive way and threatening behaviour.
I have stayed here many times and in recent stay's I'm upset with their room services regarding cleanliness,TV is at worst condition and they intentionally remove the remotes of TV & Ac and responds with a rude tone if we ask about the concern .
The hotel is lacking it's basic hospitality in recent times and the behaviour of front disk is predatory...which is unsafe for couples ...
I suggest travelers to choose this hotel as a last option where it lacks basic hospitality and ethics ..

The staff is very kind Mr. Harish he made our stay beautiful what ever we need he gave us everything, he never said no to anything when it’s come to the room the room is very hyigne and the room is we’ll cleaned really appreciate the housekeeping staff the check-in goes very smoothly.thank you for the hospitality hope we will back 🥰

I have been staying at this RCC PREMIER hotel for almost 40 days, and it has truly felt like a second home. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and the service was top-notch.
The housekeeping team ensured my room was cleaned daily, maintaining impeccable hygiene. They were always prompt, responding instantly to calls—no matter the time, even at midnight, there was never a delay! The hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to unwind.
A huge shoutout to Nikhil, Uday, Manideep, and Alom, along with the entire housekeeping staff, for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. You guys made this stay so comfortable that I’m actually feeling sad to leave—almost considering “accidentally” missing my checkout date just to stay a little longer!😂
I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!🙏
