We had to stay here for 5days as my cousin booked rooms here for the guests during his wedding. The rooms are below average. Smells of cigerrate smoke. The room we stayed in had terrible issue in the bathroom. The water took hours to drain and the shower is also not great. They do basic room servicing. Bathroom was not cleaned in 5days. The bedding is poor. The bed sheets and pillow covers are all stained or has minor tears. They don’t even have basic amenities like toothpaste, bodywash etc. I wouldn’t recommend this stay!

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay
I am currently staying at RCC Hotel Marvel, and this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
Service: 0/10 – No response, no support, and no professionalism.
Hospitality: Non-existent – Staff behavior is rude and careless. They don’t even know the basic meaning of hospitality.
Guest handling: Complaints are ignored completely. No accountability at all.
Overall experience: Very poor management and extremely disappointing stay.
This hotel is not worth the money and not recommended to anyone looking for even basic comfort or courtesy. Please think twice before booking this hotel.
Strongly NOT recommended.

The room had bed bugs. When we informed the staff, they dismissed it by saying they were just small insects and that nothing would happen. The room was not properly maintained, and basic amenities like soap were not provided. The towel given to us had a very bad smell, and when we requested a replacement, we were told that no other towels were available.
This place is not suitable for families or couples. The room shown in the pictures during booking is completely different from what is actually provided, which makes you feel cheated. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

It is approx 4 km from lB nagar bus stand

One of the best hotel I stay with
Near to the main road 5 mins walk from metro 20 mins to kacheguda station
Even got early check in at 9am super friendly staff very professional very clean and hygiene rooms had good time at hotel.

Place was very neat n well managed by the owners must maintain te same in future as well . Only drawback is they shud have a inhouse kitchen also . Rest all is best and on point

Please avoid this place. I made a reservation and received a call from the hotel to confirm booking, I did and mentioned my check-in time, he told it would be fine. When I was on my way to the hotel, they changed my booking to another hotel which I did not prefer and when I reached out to reception they blatantly responded and asked to reach out to OYO customer care stating they will not help. These guys randomly call you 3-4 times only to cut the call in a second or two (before you can pickup) just so that they can mention later that they did call you before cancelling or changing your booking.

They are completely money-minded and even charged me extra for checking in just 20–30 minutes early. The rooms are just okay, but I saw a cockroach, and I don’t think the bedsheets were washed — very unhygienic.
The biggest fraud is with the reviews. The 5-star ratings on the OYO app are fake. At checkout, they push every guest to give 5 stars — and in my case, they said to open the oyo app and the staff themselves pressed 5 stars on my phone. That’s cheating and how they trick people into booking.
The only positives: bathrooms were clean and service was decent. But overall, this place is dishonest, unhygienic, and built on fake reviews.

There's a reason why this is highest rated Hotel.
One of the finest place I have stayed at the most affordable price. Near to the main road. 5 mins from metro and 20 minutes to Kacheguda station.
Even got an early check in at 9am. Super friendly staff, very professional receptionists. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Premium property in a very good locality.
Will definitely stay here again.

1. Reservation Chaos & Terrible Check-in
Multiple guests reported arriving to find no room available, despite prior bookings.
“worst service ever … the hotel management said no rooms available when I reached… after quarreling for 15 mins… they gave me a room after half an hrs of waiting.”
2. Incompetent Staff & Rude Behavior

“Only reception people try to convince you to pay extra for early check‑in but they made me wait for 2 hrs and their language was so rude…

Best awesome hotel and good customer service and staffs at reception Madhu and Deepika were exceptionally trained and professional.. the hotel and the room is well maintained and very clean. All the staff and the management are very cooperative and supportive. Keep up the good work.
