I recently stayed at RCC Pride Hotel , Kukatpally, Hyderabad for three days. My stay was affected by inoperative fundamental conveniences, notably the A.C. and T. V. On the last day, due to bus timing, I requested an additional two hours but was charged an excessive half-day rate, which felt unreasonable.
Nevertheless, the staff’s conduct was exemplary—courteous, attentive, and accommodating.( 2 * for staffs behaviour )

Sandeep garu and Varthan garu, the two managers, have done an amazing job ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms, linen, and bathrooms were clean and hygienic. The staff were very responsive, polite, and clearly understand the importance of delivering great service unlike many many big hotels in India. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — thank you to the entire team for their excellent hospitality!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days.
Except for good spot location and parking nothing else was worth.
Dirty, congested and untidy small rooms.
No proper amenities provided even charging money for a single mineral water.
Terrible Service.
Different price of the rooms according to their employers and their moods, giving vague explanations when encountered and asked why the difference??
Not worth 1800bucks as others they charged 1500 and even they forgot to charge us the same as next day some other person was their, by mistakely told 1500 is the basic..
Bravos to their unity!!!
Not recommending for couples or family travelling from long distance if u want a good, spacious, peaceful and clean stay.
