They really did not behave well. I came from vizag to secundrabad and had booked one and half week beforehand this hotel. I called asking them what is feasible to reach and gave my booking details too. The moment I reached they said rooms are full and canceled my booking saying its first cum first basis. Fact being the main person was assisted by someone who lifted my call and he lied saying I didnt my booking details on call and so they just asked me to leave. After a lot discussion and the main guy know the truth, he wasnt polite AT ALL. He didn’t agree to their own terms. It was very unprofessional, very unethical. Its like they have 2 rooms on a floor and showing on third party apps as if there's alot. And even if you speak the truth, still they'll make up a story and kick you off. So stay alert. They arent even giving rooms on the amount they show on apps. Beware!

Worst experience ever with OYO. The staff behavior was rude and irresponsible. There was zero professionalism, and they didn’t even bother to address basic concerns.

Rooms were not maintained, hygiene was poor, and overall service was pathetic. This place completely ruined my stay. I would never recommend this to anyone.

This is a decent hotel in a prime location. The staff are polite and very helpful. We booked through Goibibo, and despite a shortage of rooms due to overbooking, the manager and his team were great and ensured we had a room on time. The room was clean and housekeeping was done daily. Overall the stay was good.

Rooms are good. Walls are not Sound proof/thick enough. I could here the alarm in other room which was constantly buzzing early in the morning.

Terrible service. The staff were rude, the place looked nothing like the pictures, and they attempted to add unjustified charges. They even shouted at guests, particularly if they were from out of town.”

The staff here are the worst I’ve ever encountered. They take advantage of anyone who isn’t local and add unnecessary extra charges that make no sense. Their behavior is completely unprofessional, and they have no idea how to speak to customers.

They have good rooms and everything is well maintained. Staff is also good.
Few cons that I found when I went with my father is that.

1. It's not suitable for senior citizens as the beds sink in.
2. During my stay, power went out many times at night. There is no power backup. But it was fixed in a short time. Which is why I gave a 4 star.
3. They have a visitor policy. Where no visitor is allowed in the rooms. So if you have visitor please meet them outside.

This RCC Super town house hotel Banjara Hills was very good, On the 5th floor, very neat rooms and corridors, spacious enough for two, very clean bathroom and tastefully done decor. Really as they claim, great stay at their rates!
Akhil, the manager guy was very helpful, also the staff boy around who got us food and tea. Particular mention is because we reached at 6 am and checkin was only at 12, but they managed to give us the room by 9.30 am which was a great relief! Moreover location is amazing, Sarvi food court nearby, both the local cafe outside and restaurant inside on 2nd floor were very good. Besides lot of veg and non restaurants around. Care hospital is a hop away, landmark.
